We charge € 5.00 for postage and packaging to all EU countries and Switzerland (otherwise € 25). We deliver free of charge "carriage paid" to Germany and other EU countries if the value of goods exceeds 30.00 EUR. (+ Switzerland). The free shipping limit for countries outside Europe is 300 €.

Information about the calculation of the delivery date

The deadline for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank or, with other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

 

Information on delivery times

The delivery time for shipment to Germany is 1 to 2 working days, provided that the product in question is in stock and ready for shipment. In the following table you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time indicated for the respective item.

 

DHL shipment tracking

As soon as a parcel is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail. This will include the tracking number for your order.

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to the shipment of goods as a whole.

Please state your telephone or fax number with every order so that we can contact you immediately if an item is not available.

The goods are delivered by Deutsche Post / DHL. For your absolute freedom from parcels, please register at www.paket.de. This has the following advantages for you:

 

You decide when and where your parcels will be delivered.

  • Notification via SMS or e-mail when your parcel will be delivered

  • Round-the-clock pick-up at the Packstation, 7 days a week

  • When you are not at home Deposit of your parcel at a place determined by you in advance

 

Order without risk: Our satisfaction guarantee grants you a right of return for our vital substances within 24 months from the date of purchase - even for packages that have already been opened. Should you ever be in a position where you would like to return something, please call us and request a return slip. This will enable you to return the goods postage paid. We will refund the purchase price after receiving the return.

Can I track my current order on the Internet?

If you have an Internet connection and have provided us with your e-mail address, you can view your data and your order history. In the Warnke online shop (www.warnke.de) you will find the button "My data". Here you can request a personal password - if not yet available or forgotten.

You can conveniently view the processing status of your order online:

 

 

  • Order being processed
    Your order has been handed over to the shipping department and is now being packed for you.

  • Order has been shipped
    Your order has left our premises and is either on its way to you or has already arrived.

  • Order has been partially shipped
    Your order has left our premises and is either on its way to you or has already arrived. If you have ordered more than one item, we may split your order into two packages.

  • Order has not yet been processed
    Our system/order desk has just received your order and will process it shortly, but it may take up to 12 hours for a status update.

  • Clarification needed
    Your order is still being processed by customer service. We will contact you by phone or email if we have any queries.

  • Order has been cancelled
    The order cannot be shipped immediately due to unavailability of items. We thank you for your patience. You will of course receive subsequent deliveries free of postage.
