Question: Where is my package?
Answer: As a registered customer, you have the option of checking the current location of your parcels. Follow these steps:
Navigate to your account under "My Account" > "Orders".
Select the relevant order and find your package tracking number under "Package tracking".
Visit the DHL link here: https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/dhl-sendungs Tracking.html
Enter your package tracking number.
The current position of your package is displayed!


Question: Where I can see my recent orders?
Answer: You can easily view your recent orders under "My Account" > Find "Orders".


How can I pay later with PayPal?
 Answer: Payment via PayPal is uncomplicated. Here's a guide:


Visit paypal.com and click "Send & Claim".
Enter the recipient email address: legal@warnke.de.
Enter the amount, select the currency, add your name and order number if applicable, then click "Next"
Choose your preferred payment method and click "Next".
Check details and click "Send payment now".


Question: How do I redo a past order?
Answer: You can easily repeat a previous order. Do the following:
Visit "My Account" > "Orders". Click the "..." options menu in the top right and select "Repeat Order".


Question: How can I cancel an order?
Answer: If your order is not yet being processed, you can cancel it yourself. Here are the steps:
Navigate to "My Account" > "Orders". 
Click on the options menu "..." in the upper right corner and select "Cancel order".
Please note that if your order is already being processed, cancellation must be made by telephone.


Is it possible to order by phone?

Answer: Yes, of course! The telephone number for our hotline can be found at the bottom of this page. Feel free to contact us by phone to place your order.
