B12 Triple Complex Tablets with 5-MTHF Folic Acid contain vitamin B12 in three selected forms – methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin – complemented by 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), the active form of folic acid. Each tablet provides 500 µg vitamin B12 (20,000% NRV) and 200 µg folic acid (100% NRV), thereby ensuring complete daily requirement coverage for both vitamins.
