B12 Triple Complex Tablets with 5-MTHF Folic Acid contain vitamin B12 in three selected forms – methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin – complemented by 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), the active form of folic acid.
