Ich nehme sie schon seit Jahren
Grundsätzlich weiß man ja nie, ob es eine Wirkung hat, da man keinen Vergleich hat, wie man sich gefühlt hätte, wenn man es nicht genommen hätte. 🙂 Doch ich achte immer darauf, ob es schon positive wissenschaftliche Studien zu den Produkten gibt. Ich kann jedenfalls sagen, dass ich glaube, mein Immunsystem gestärkt zu haben. 🙂
