Iron 20mg + C Film-Coated Tablets combine 20mg of iron in the form of iron bisglycinate with 40mg of vitamin C from calcium ascorbate per tablet. With 143% of the daily nutrient reference value (NRV) for iron and 50% NRV for vitamin C, the product is suitable for targeted supplementation of the daily diet. In addition to the two nutrient sources, the formula contains microcrystalline cellulose as a bulking agent and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose as a coating agent.
