For postage and packing we charge 5,00 € to all EU countries and Switzerland (otherwise 25 EUR). We deliver free of charge "carriage paid" to Germany and other EU countries (+ Switzerland) from a value of goods of 30.00 EUR. The freight limit for countries outside Europe is 300 €.
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods as a whole.

Can I track my current order?
If you have an Internet connection and have provided us with your e-mail address, you can view your data and your order history. In the Warnke online store (www.warnke.de) you will find the button "My data". Here you can request - if not yet available or forgotten - a personal password.
You can conveniently view the processing status of your order online:
- Pending Your order has just been placed (either by yourself in the online store or by our order acceptance department).
- In processing Your order has been transferred to shipping and is now being packed for you.
- Shipped Your order has left our premises and is either on its way to you or has already arrived.
- On hold The order cannot be shipped immediately due to item unavailability. We thank you for your patience. You will of course receive subsequent deliveries postage paid.
- Processing customer service Your order is still being processed by customer service. In case of any queries, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.
